Coach Keitra is a lawyer and graduate of Pepperdine University School of law where she also obtained a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the world renowned Straus Institute for Conflict Resolution. Her training and nearly decade long experience as a conflict resolution specialist and mediator, organizational leader, and facilitated communication expert served as a perfect segue to her career in the personal and professional development and leadership coaching spaces. Keitra is a certified human behavior consultant and certified executive and personal coach with specialized training in positive psychology. Keitra's practice has spanned a diversity of clientele to include international corporate and government leaders, corporate teams, faith leaders, educators, and busy mothers to name a few. One of Keitra's strengths is her ability to command high profile rooms and stages or connect to individually to clients in a personable and relatable way. Regardless of the assignment, Keitra's love of people and their success is felt.

In addition to Keitra's coaching practice, she lives her message of being an active dreamer and maximizing possibility through her creative work as an actress and model having represented several brands such as Disney, Universal Studios, and other national brands in television advertisements, her work as a published author, and her regionally recognized home renovation designs for her family's home renovation company- a special real estate and construction business venture that has taken off after launching the with her sons in mind to teach them entrepreneurship, grit, and team work while creating an opportunity to enjoy a unique family adventure during the height of the difficult pandemic.
